Second Thought is a free platform that anonymously connects domain owners with potential buyers. Domain owners can list domains to receive inquiries. Inquirers can submit interest messages, which are forwarded to owners if the domain is listed. Inquirers do not know if a domain is listed or if their message is read. We deliver inquiries via email and dashboard but do not facilitate negotiations, sales, or transactions. Users handle all interactions independently.

3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• Provide accurate information, including valid emails for communication.
• Submit respectful, professional inquiries. Do not spam, harass, or include illegal/offensive content.
• Domain owners must verify ownership (e.g., via TXT records). False claims may result in suspension.
• Handle all transactions outside the Service using trusted methods and due diligence.

4. Privacy and Data

We collect minimal data: emails, confirmed domains, inquiry texts, and IP addresses (for logs and security). Listings are anonymous. We do not share or sell your data except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Content and Moderation

You are solely responsible for your inquiries and listings. We do not pre-moderate content but may review and remove violations (e.g., spam, harassment, illegal activity) upon notice. We are not liable for user-generated content, including offensive or unlawful messages.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee inquiry delivery, responses, or transaction success. We are not responsible for:

• Disputes, losses, or damages from user interactions.
• Accuracy of listings or ownership claims.
• Third-party services or links.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. You may stop using the Service anytime.

• Inquiry messages – the text content you submit when expressing interest in a domain.
• Inquiry sender name (alias) – the name/alias you provide when submitting an inquiry (used only to display to the domain owner).
• IP addresses – automatically logged for security, abuse prevention, and basic analytics (never associated with personal profiles).
• Technical data – browser type, device information, timestamps of actions (standard server logs).

We do not collect:

• Real names, phone numbers, physical addresses or other personal identifiers (unless voluntarily included in inquiry text)
• Payment information (the service is completely free)
• Tracking cookies for advertising or cross-site profiling

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain the Service (deliver inquiries, show dashboard)
• To verify domain ownership (via TXT records or similar methods)
• To prevent abuse, spam, and illegal activity

Your data may be processed in the Netherlands, United States or other countries. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
